DraftPermit Ontario is working with a small number of Ontario builders and designers to test the platform on real projects before opening up paid plans. Pilot access is free, in exchange for feedback on what works and what doesn't.
We're not publishing set pricing yet — it depends on what we learn from these first projects. If you're interested in trying it, or want to know what pricing might look like for your situation, reach out directly.
A note on how this works
- Pilot spots are limited and intended for real, live projects.
- DraftPermit Ontario produces assistive draft recommendations only — you review and approve everything before it's used, and nothing is submitted to a municipality by the software.
- Paid plans will be introduced once the platform has been proven on real pilot work.
